International Women’s Day is usually celebrated every 8th of March. As part of Swipha's plans to partake in the global event this year, a number of activities were put in place for all its female employees. The main objective of the event was to celebrate the input and impacts of our female colleagues in the organization.

The event climaxed with the launch of the female network’s logo called SWAN (Swipha Women Achievers Network).

The unveiling of the SWAN Logo by the MD had in attendance the over 60 female employees of Swipha who constitute 42% of the entire workforce .
